We get quite a few messages asking us how to be more feminine. We always tell women not to focus all their energy on the physical, because it’s more of a mindset that exudes an energy which in turn your physical ends up matching.

1) Emotions- Do not be afraid of your emotions. Being emotional does not equate to being a mess. Having emotional intelligence is what makes feminine energy so beautiful with the ability to problem solve, connect and empathize with others in all areas of life. In that same order, feminine energy learns to master emotions as it’s such a powerful force it has the ability to control. When you learn to master your emotions you become powerful.

2) Creativity- When you are creating, flowing, or birthing something you are operating in your ultimate feminine energy. In the Akan language the Earth or Mother Nature is given a women’s name - Asase Yaa. The earth springs forth

( births) so many beautiful things, it is not a coincidence that it is often associated with feminine energy. Women carry a male seed and birth a child after 9 months. Creating is so vast and wide it can range from cooking a meal , redecorating your home to starting a new business venture. Hone into your creative power.

3) No competing with others - Feminine energy does not compete. To compete is to conquer and that is masculine energy. This is useful in the realm where competing is encouraged ie. during sports games etc.. (regardless of gender) If you want to operate in your true feminine energy you cannot and should not compete with other women. They are not your rivals nor your competition. Feminine energy uplifts, embraces and encourages. It is kind and graceful.

As humans, regardless of gender we tap into both energies. However, on this journey to self, femininity and leveling up as a Renaissance Woman it’s important for women to pay attention and be more conscious to operate in a energy that flows naturally. What are your thoughts?
